Will be considered as two separate orders. Example: If the artwork is the same for all 500 pcs, but the order ships 250 pcs to two different locations then unit cost will be given for 250 pcs for each location. Shipping costs might apply depending on the product.

SPLIT SHIPMENT DATES:

Will be considered as separate orders based on quantity and location

HANDLING CHARGE:

Add $20 (v) for third-party accounts (USA Orders Only)

SHIPPING WEIGHTS:

shipping weights are approximate. CustomTshirt.com is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates. Air & 3rd Party shipments are subject to dimensional weight regulations by the individual carrier. Use the carton size listed on CustomTshirt.com for each product to calculate 3rd party freight.

EVENT / IN-HAND DATES:

Unless specified, we reserve the right to select the best method of shipping, including overnight air service to meet the event date specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Distributors / End Users are responsible for the cost of goods if the shipper fails to deliver on time.

FREIGHT ESTIMATES:

Freight Estimates are subject to change based on delivery time, loading dock availability, and carrier surcharges. Please note delays in artwork approval or if another confirmation is needed will delay shipping and delivery.

CHANGE OF SHIP METHOD or SHIP-TO ADDRESS

A change of shipping method or ship-to address must be received 2 days prior to the estimated ship date.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

Incorrect addressed and zip codes are subject to $25 to $65 / carton charge-back which will be invoiced later.

AFTER ORDER SHIPS:

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order ships unless the mistake is due to CustomTshirt.com. Additional charges will apply.

STANDARD SERVICE:
  • Production time begins the next business day after artwork approval Production Time does not include the day the order is received.
  • Send orders and art together to [email protected]
  • Emailed Proof will be sent on request within 1-2 business days.
  • Production times are for one color imprint. Additional imprints, PMS matches, and halftones will require an extra 1-3 work days. Above catalog, quantities may also require additional time.
  • Orders allowing fewer than 5 work days may be processed as rush service orders. Rush pricing will be confirmed by fax or email if required.
  • All orders are subject to inventory availability and factory acceptance based on our production schedule.
RUSH SERVICE:

Rush Service must be clearly marked on the order.

  • All orders are subject to inventory availability and factory acceptance based on our production schedule.
CLAIMS & RETURNS:

All shipments leave the factory in good condition after rigorous inspection. All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. If defects, omissions, or errors in manufacturing are discovered, you must notify us by contacting: [email protected] within 30 Days of receipt. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Products must be returned to us to be considered for a full refund. No credit will be issued if merchandise is not available for return. CustomTshirt.com's liability shall not exceed the value of the goods. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise or concealed damage should be filed with the delivering carrier. Leave the shipment intact and file a claim immediately. Blank unassembled goods are assessed a 20% restocking charge. Blank-assembled goods are not returnable except for product defects.

Please note any delay in the shipment of the packages because of the major carriers' own logistical problems and customs issues we would not be responsible for the delay.
