We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

• Production time begins the next business day after artwork approval
• Production Time does not include the day the order is received.
• Send orders and art together to [email protected]
• Emailed Proof will be sent on request within 1-2 business days.
• Production times are for one color imprint. Additional imprints, PMS matches, and halftones will require an extra 1-3 work days. Above catalog quantities may also require additional time.
• Orders allowing fewer than 5 work days may be processed as rush service orders. Rush pricing will be confirmed by fax or email if required.
• All orders are subject to inventory availability and factory acceptance based on our production schedule.
• All our products are manufactured and/or printed in our facility in the USA and overseas.

• Rush Service must be clearly marked on the order.

• Paper Proof: Add one business day
• Order & Art Must be received by 4 PM Eastern Time
• Production time starts the next business day after artwork approval
• All orders are subject to inventory availability and factory acceptance based on our production schedule.

Orders cannot be canceled after being sent to production.

Charges will apply for any cancellation.

The purchaser must indemnify CustomTshirt.com of any liability arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, service mark, etc.

Artwork accompanying an order placed online can be submitted to [email protected]

Please include the following details:

• Order number provided in your order confirmation email
• Your Full Shipping Address
• Attach Vector Format of artwork (.ai, .eps, or .pdf)

• Go to www.CustomTshirt.com
• Click “Upload Artwork” and follow the instructions
• Must meet all the requirements for digital artwork files

Most products include free imprint PMS Color Match (the actual printing will differ in the final product with an acceptable vitiation). Please see the product detail page for PMS color charges.

The factory reserves the right to choose the method of imprinting best suited to the order.

Changing the imprint color depends on the product. Please view product information for specific charges.

THREAD COLOR MATCH: $50 (v) for non-stock thread colors. The exact color may not be available. Allow 2-3 additional days.

All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. The factory must be notified within 30 days of any defects, please reach out to: [email protected], omissions or errors in manufacturing.

Only authorized returns will be accepted. No credit will be issued if merchandise is not available for return. CustomTshirt.com’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods.

Claims for lost or damaged merchandise or concealed damage should be filed with delivering carrier. Leave the shipment intact and file a claim immediately. Blank unassembled goods, 20% restocking charge. Blank-assembled goods are not returnable except for product defects.

Please note any delay in the shipment of the packages because of the major carriers' own logistical problems and customs issues we would not be responsible for the delay.
